I use eBay quite a lot to get rid of all my crap and to buy more crap, I've only been stung once when I sent an iPod off to Indonesia and the fu<ker decided to reverse payment once PayPal accepted it and gave me the money (somewhere buried deeply in PayPal and eBay's terms of agreement I'm not covered if certain conditions are met, I met one of them and PayPal can take back the money whenever they want). Fortunately I claimed back almost all the money through Royal Mail insurance because I asked for "international tracking signed delivery" (which they only track until it leaves the UK by the way) and after 3 months they couldn't produce a signature for me. Yay Indonesian mails crappy infrastructure!
Anyway, I digress, I've recently sold a CD Writer for £17 on eBay:

and a few hours before it was to be sold (was sitting at £10) I got the following email:

nut my regiser form asks me for a credit card number but when i type it

it says its invalid even if i type in my e-mail address for an isp i
cant
check my mail so i dont know the code to confirm my register. can you
keep
this item for me and ill send you a check for it mate including postage

packaging.
